Data collected and purposes

• Bookings : bookings and, where applicable, payment are made directly on the Booking.com and Airbnb platforms, to which you are redirected from this site. Villa Rose du Désert does not collect or store any bank card details entered on those platforms.
• Contact form : name, email address and the content of your message, used solely to respond to your request. Sending this form does not constitute a booking.
• Anti-bot verification (Cloudflare Turnstile) : to protect the contact form from spam and automated abuse, an invisible security check is run by Cloudflare (Turnstile) when the form is submitted. It may process technical data (IP address, browser signals) for this sole purpose; it is not used for advertising or tracking.
• Newsletter : email address, used only to send news about the villa, based on the explicit consent given when subscribing.
• Instagram feed : posts displayed on the website come directly from Instagram/Meta servers; this component does not collect any personal data about you.

Data sharing and international transfers

Your data is shared only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the website: Vercel (website hosting), Cloudflare (contact form anti-spam protection), and our internal automation tools. It is never sold or shared for advertising purposes.

As these providers are based outside Morocco, and in some cases outside the European Union, their processing may involve an international data transfer. These transfers rely on the safeguards provided by these vendors (standard contractual clauses or equivalent). For any question about these transfers, contact us at the address below.

Retention

Booking data is retained for as long as necessary to manage the stay and meet legal accounting requirements. Contact-form data is retained for the time needed to process the request.

Your rights

Data deletion

To request deletion of personal data collected through this website (booking, contact form or newsletter), email contact@villarosedudesert.fr with your name and the email address you used. Your request will be processed within 30 days.

Cookies

This website uses Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly audience-measurement tool, to understand site visits and clicks to our booking platforms. The data is anonymized and no advertising tracking cookies are used.
