• Bookings : name, email address, stay dates and information required for payment. Payments are processed directly by Stripe; we never store your bank card details on our servers.
• Contact form : name, email address and the content of your message, used solely to respond to your request.
• Newsletter : email address, used only to send news about the villa, based on the explicit consent given when subscribing.
• Instagram feed : posts displayed on the website come directly from Instagram/Meta servers; this component does not collect any personal data about you.

Data sharing

Your data is shared only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the website: Stripe for payments, our hosting provider, and our internal booking automation tools. It is never sold or shared for advertising purposes.

Retention

Booking data is retained for as long as necessary to manage the stay and meet legal accounting requirements. Contact-form data is retained for the time needed to process the request.

Your rights

Data deletion

To request deletion of personal data collected through this website (booking, contact form or newsletter), email contact@villarosedudesert.fr with your name and the email address you used. Your request will be processed within 30 days.
